The idea of Good Homes was first conceived in 2018 by Amir Shahi and within years it has been improving and growing with the same core culture which is good quality services, respect and appreciation. We are a small yet experienced and motivated people who wake up every morning enthusiastically just for one reason which is how we can be more productive and effective in what we are doing and believing. Amir is a civil engineer and did few degrees in engineering and architectural science in the UK and Canada. In his 20s, he started realizing that he is better in presenting, designing and cooking rather than pure engineering. Real Estate has been a family business for three generations in Amir’s family which makes it easier to understand the importance of good services, accountability and reliability. The culture we believe in is based on three principles: Respect, Appreciation and Mutual Interest.
